Join Shelly Rasnick, RYT-500, on Wednesdays through winter quarter, for an all-level yoga flow designed to help you feel more balanced and energized. We’ll move along with breath to build body awareness, before focusing on tension-carrying areas, like hips, shoulders, and spine – great for recovery from other activities or to release tension from a day of working on a computer/in lab. Please bring your own mat. Yoga blocks will be provided.
