Travel Grant Applications Due

The Travel Grant Program is now accepting applications for Autumn quarter. Please review our website as University Policy has recently changed some reimbursement practices. Notably, the policy requiring the utilization of the Stanford Travel Program for booking lodging while traveling. While it is still recommended you book lodging through Stanford Travel, you are free to book however you wish. Please note: If you book lodging outside of Stanford Travel, you must register your travel utilizing the itinerary-forwarding service.

Please note: this award only reimburses costs incurred directly by students. This grant will not reimburse any expenses paid via a student’s program or lab.
