Slow Flow Yoga
Join Chloe Su, RYT-200, on Tuesdays for an all-level yoga flow designed to help you feel more balanced and energized. We’ll move along with breath to calm our system and reconnect with the body, before focusing on tension-carrying areas, like hips, shoulders, and spine – great for recovery from other activities or as a way to release tension from a day of working on a computer/in lab.
