Biosciences Breath & Meditation Workshop
In this zoom workshop, we’ll explore how breath and meditation can increase clarity, reduce anxiety and help us relax – whether in the classroom, in the lab, or at home. We’ll be learning a special breath based technique used by LeBron James during an NBA eastern conference finals, followed by a guided meditation. Open to all, including beginners!
